We have reserved a block of rooms for you at the Homewood Suites Hotel.  However, you must confirm your reservation, in your name, by calling (303) 499-9922 or going to the following link: Homewood Suites Reservations.  Your room WILL NOT be automatically guaranteed for late arrival.   If you plan to arrive after 4pm, please guarantee your room for late arrival with a credit card.     

Room Rate

The room rate at the Homewood Suites is $124/night (May - October) and $103 (November - April)+ 10.25% tax for a standard suite. Please note that you will need to pay the tax and be reimbursed for it on your travel voucher.

In order for a government entity to take advantage of the tax exemption, the purchase must be made with a prescribed government form or purchase order, and paid for directly to the seller by warrant or check drawn on governmental funds [Reg. 39-26-114.1 (a) (I)] or via credit card in the name of the exempt governmental agency. When using a credit card, verification that the purchase is for governmental purposes and will be paid for by the governmental agency may be required. A letter on the governmental entity's letterhead is acceptable for this purpose. In cases where the seller invoices on a delayed basis for a purchase, the billing must be made directly to the governmental agency, not the individual making the purchase.

(The above room rates are at the government per diem.)

Accommodations

• Complimentary breakfast - expanded continental breakfast - Monday - Friday, 6:30 to 9:30 am and Saturday - Sunday 7:00 to 10:00 am.
• Evening Social Function - Complimentary beer, wine, sodas and a light dinner - Monday - Thursday, 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
• Exercise Center - 24-hour facility offering aerobicycle, Stairmaster, treadmill, weights and a stationary bike. You can watch TV while staying fit.
• Executive Center - Come to the lodge and spread out in our executive center.  There is internet access as well as access to a personal computer, printer, typewriter and a variety of office supplies.
• Laundry Facilities/Valet Service - 24-hour laundry facilities
• Shopping - Within walking distance to 24-hour supermarket (Safeway), unique shopping and several restaurants
