Significant changes in the project must be approved in advance by the Outreach Program Manager. These include changes to the scope, key personnel, budget, and end date.
Transfers of funds between cost categories must be approved when the cumulative amount of the transfers exceed 10 percent of the current total authorized funding of the Subaward. This transfer authority does not authorize the Subrecipient to create new budget categories within an approved budget unless the Outreach Program Manager has provided prior approval.
Requests for no-cost extensions should include the reason for the extension and the requested new end-date.
